Worst experience ever. Pulled up and no spots except handicap parking. Parked in front of bay since I had a 9am Sunday morning appointment, guy came out and we absolutely rude. Said you should park in handicap spot, since when? Shook it off, went inside and the guy said waiting or dropping off? I said waiting, his response was ok, it’ll be done in about 2 hours????? This place was sketchy from the start and a horrible experience. Avoid at all costs.

I had a great experience with Charles at Firestone! I came in late for an oil change, and he still took the time to fit me in without making me feel rushed. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s not easy to find that level of customer service, especially near closing time. I really appreciate him going the extra mile—definitely deserves 5 stars!

This firestone location was fantastic! They remedied the horrific and extremely dangerous errors created by the negligence and incompetence of a different firestone location in west Broward. I was on 95 enroute to vacation up north, BOTH of my 2 brand new tires went flat on me on 95 at the same time, going 70mph. I pulled off immediately and noticed i was near a blow out on the front right tire, on 95!.These same brand new tires were installed days prior at a different firestone location. The cause, was apparently bad valve stems (their diagnosis). Either they left old/bad ones in or did not pull through the new ones properly. The same incompetent location Also "forgot" to do my oil change while they were busy failing to install my tires properly... This southern Blvd location got me squared away wonderfully. Replaced the 1 new tire that nearly blew out and ensured both valve systems were installed correctly and I was Safe to get back on the road. Both the store manager and the rep who assisted me were professional, courteous and more than fair. It was only a few bucks to get back to normal. Ill happily go to this location again, NOT the one in west broward

I recently had a battery issue with my car that was causing intermittent malfunctions. Thankfully, the mechanic 🧑‍🔧 took the initiative to check for a warranty before replacing the battery, which ended up saving me $202. I only had to pay $36 for the new battery 🔋. I appreciate the mechanic's honesty and professionalism, which is why I continue to choose this location 4070 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33409 for my car needs - they genuinely prioritize their customers' interests 👍👍👍👍.
